We don’t fudge issues by changing timetables and turning up at unexpected times or leaving overly long gaps between visits - we’re there on the day we say we will be and carry out the work on schedule as promised.

 

MONITORING PRESENCE ON SITE

All our vehicles have a GPS tracking unit installed. This allows us monitor our mobile cleaning force at all times and provide our clients with reliable proof of attendance on site including time of arrival and time of departure.  As a contractor, knowing exactly where our vehicles are at all times helps check on efficiencies and be responsive to our customer’s needs. Monitoring is all all part of the transparent service that we offer.

RIGOROUS CHECKING

Hub Check is our bespoke in-house checking system that allows us to monitor work and ensure that staff are delivering consistently high standards. Hub Check supports us in providing additional services to clients; while checking and reporting on our own work, we can also check and report on the state of building fabrics, meter readings, fire alarm systems and lighting.

We pride ourselves on our high standards and Hub Check is one way of ensuring that these are maintained. We are also working on achieving ISO9001 accreditation, another demonstration of our strong customer focus and desire to deliver the highest quality service possible.

INVESTING IN OUR STAFF

Our staff are at the ones "at coal face" delivering the reliable, efficient cleaning service that is so central to everything we do. We know that training, motivation and good staff retention are important factors in providing consistently high levels of service. We provide in-house staff training to help support continual development and improvement. Members of staff are also encouraged to give us feedback on our operating methods - which in turn helps ensure that we are working as efficiently as possible.
